Yevgeniya (Jenya) Hubbard is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s Degree from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor’s Degree from UC Berkeley. Jenya has been with Loyal Blue for almost ten years. She is also a licensed supervisor for a public high school district, helping to train new therapists.

Jenya grew up in the Bay Area and returned here in 2007, where she has worked with students, adults, and families. Jenya is experienced in treating clients with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and family issues. She especially enjoys working with young people, particularly those who find themselves at a crossroads.

Jenya believes in finding practical results and coping skills for the issues impacting her clients’ lives through the use of Solution-Focused Therapy. By helping her clients gain insight into past choices and solutions, Jenya gives them the support and information they need to use their innate wisdom and abilities to solve their problems.

Jenya has a great sense of humor and down-to earth attitude. She embodies Loyal Blue’s vision of being a relatable, transparent therapist for our community.

Jenya is currently accepting a limited number of new clients by video only. All Loyal Blue therapists are chosen for their excellent clinical skills, warm personalities, and passion for effective therapy.

  •  Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Training Course: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an empirically validated approach for working with mental health, chemical dependency, and complex emotional issues. Guided by the latest research and policy in evidence-based practices, this course teaches the clinical process and content of DBT from theory to practice. Emotional regulation, interpersonal skills, distress tolerance, and mindfulness are the modules and practical skills that DBT teaches in therapy.
