
Noah Rosenthal is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. Noah holds a B.A. from Sonoma State University in psychology and an M.A. with honors from Saint Mary’s College of California.
Noah’s clients love his easygoing personality and solution-focused approach. Noah has experience working at an elementary school, in residential treatment settings, and in private practice. During these times Noah helped families, couples, teens, and littles. Noah especially enjoys supporting parents as they navigate raising children. He is a fun and wise adult who can guide families to where they want to be.
Noah supports people struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, social skills, and neurodivergence. Noah has also worked for several years in residential settings with adolescent youth using crisis management techniques. He has experience improving people’s lives from trauma and substance abuse. Noah cares about his clients and their goals and provides a comfortable place to feel better.
Noah played sports at a high level and understands the demands on aspiring and accomplished athletes. He enjoys supporting these achievers as they work on their goals and the organization and mental strength required to achieve them.
Noah values strong relationships and has a nonjudgmental stance which creates a safe space for his clients. His therapeutic approaches are designed to bring out strengths in each person. These include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Noah is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) for trauma recovery.
Outside of therapy, Noah enjoys long walks with his dog Hazel, watching and playing sports, and all things Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Marvel, Anime, and Pokémon. Noah was a college athlete and played tennis for Sonoma State University.
Noah is currently accepting clients of all ages for telehealth and in-person session with clients in California. Our AMFTs like Noah receive weekly supervision from our team of licensed supervisors.
