Sophia is an associate therapist on the LPCC licensure track. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Sonoma State University and her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University’s Townsend Institute.

Sophia’s warm, creative approach helps clients feel safe being themselves. She incorporates CBT, play therapy, and interactive, game-based techniques into sessions, making therapy feel natural and engaging for children and neurodivergent clients working through big feelings. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or developmental challenges, Sophia tailors her approach to their unique goals.

Sophia welcomes children and teens, with a particular passion for working with neurodivergent clients and children with developmental delays. She has extensive experience in school environments, supporting IEP goals, coaching caregivers through early intervention strategies, and helping children build emotional regulation skills.

Sophia is a quick learner who naturally builds strong therapeutic relationships with her clients, developing a deep appreciation for collaborative, whole-person care along the way.

Outside of therapy, Sophia enjoys playing with her two bulldogs, hiking, and spending time at the beach.

Sophia is accepting clients of all ages for telehealth and in-person sessions with clients in California. Our APCCs like Sophia receive weekly supervision from our team of licensed supervisors.
