Tsveta Laleva is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Tsveta is a licensed supervisor for our associate MFT program.
Tsveta welcomes clients of all ages and especially those with anxiety and depression. Her passion and expertise is working with young adults and families.
Tsveta has advanced training with trauma, grief and loss, difficult disorders, and symptoms that affect quality of life. She provides a safe and positive environment to explore feelings and solve problems. Tsveta enjoys the rewarding process of helping clients learn more about themselves in therapy.
Tsveta is a certified DBT therapist (dialectical behavior therapy) and has advanced training in CBT, ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), and IFS (internal family systems). She is skilled at teaching emotional regulation skills and mindfulness, and incorporates Loyal Blue’s solution-focused approach with every client.
Tsveta immigrated to United States from Eastern Europe. Her bicultural background makes her especially helpful working with different values, belief systems, and diversity. She is a quick learner, skilled at seeing the big picture, and very patient.
Tsveta is accepting new clients, and available for in-person sessions as well as telehealth within the state of California.
