Skills & Support Groups

Welcome to our information page about Loyal Blue groups. Group counseling is a great way to build confidence, learn new skills, and have a supportive environment to navigate life’s challenges. Loyal Blue offers both Skills and Support groups, determined by community need and interest.

Loyal Blue group therapy is based on sharing our expertise and providing coaching and practice. We aim to offer both Support and Skills groups, based on interest and therapist availability. based on the 4 modules of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a more specific type of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
